Terms and Conditions

    Last Updated: August 2025

    § 1. Applicability, Contract Language

    1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between you and us, SUPREMATIC Technology Arts GmbH, Hospitalstr. 35, 70174 Stuttgart, Germany, HRB 738246, VAT-ID: DE279860483, represented by the managing directors Sergey Vasiliev and Alexey Aristov via the website AuthPractice.com.

    2. The contract language is available in English and German. In case of contradictions or misinterpretations, the German version shall prevail. The GTC apply regardless of whether you are a consumer or an entrepreneur.

    3. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of their trade, business or profession.

    § 2. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection regulations of their country of residence remain unaffected.

    § 3. Conclusion of Contract

    1. The presentation of courses, simulations, and services on AuthPractice.com does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order (invitatio ad offerendum).

    2. By clicking the "Proceed with Payment" button or similar purchase button in the final step of the order process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected course tier (BASIC, PRO, or BUSINESS) or individual specializations. Before completing the order, you must accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. As a consumer, you can optionally choose immediate access, thereby waiving your withdrawal right. You will receive an order confirmation immediately, which does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by separate email or by granting access to the purchased content.

§ 4. Course Access and Technical Requirements

    1. The timing of access depends on your choice at purchase:

      • With immediate access: Immediately after successful payment
      • Without immediate access: After the 14-day withdrawal period expires
    2. Access to interactive labs requires an internet connection and a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). No local software installation is required for lab environments.

    3. Course content is delivered progressively through our learning platform. Some content may require completion of previous modules.

§ 5. Registration and User Account

    1. To access courses, you must create a user account with a valid email address and password.

    2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

    3. Account sharing is prohibited except for BUSINESS tier team accounts, which include specified seats.

    4. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at AuthPractice.com/privacy.

    5. Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent.

§ 6. Pricing and Payment Terms

    1. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

    2. Payment is due immediately upon order placement via the payment methods offered (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer for business accounts).

    3. Access to course content is granted according to § 4.1.

    4. For subscription services (PRO and BUSINESS tiers), billing occurs annually in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

    5. All prices are displayed and charged in EUR. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank transfer fees, or other transaction costs.

    6. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes apply only to new purchases and subscription renewals after the change date. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.

§ 7. Course Content and Updates

    1. BASIC tier includes the complete IAM Simulator core course with permanent access while our service is operational. "Lifetime access" means access for the duration of service operation, not a guarantee of perpetual service availability.

    2. PRO tier (requires BASIC) provides access to all current and future specializations during the subscription period.

    3. BUSINESS tier includes everything in BASIC and PRO plus team management features, progress tracking, and priority support.

    4. We reserve the right to update and improve course content. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students.

    § 8. Intellectual Property

    1. All course materials, including text, videos, code examples, lab environments, and the IAM Simulator story, are protected by copyright.

    2. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for personal or internal business learning purposes only.

    3. You may not:

      • Share, distribute, or resell course content
      • Create derivative works based on our materials
      • Use content for commercial training purposes
      • Share login credentials (except authorized BUSINESS tier seats)
      • Record, screenshot, or reproduce lab environments for distribution
    4. Code examples may be used in your own projects with appropriate attribution.

§ 9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

    1. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

    3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by clear statement (e.g., email to support@suprematic.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

    4. Expiry of withdrawal right for digital content: If you select the optional checkbox "Activate my access immediately" during purchase and thereby explicitly confirm that you want contract performance to begin before the withdrawal period expires and that you lose your withdrawal right through this (§ 356 para. 5 BGB), your withdrawal right expires upon provision of access to the digital content.

    5. If you do NOT choose the immediate access option during purchase, you will receive access to course content only after the 14-day withdrawal period expires and retain your withdrawal right.

    6. For withdrawals before access is granted, we will reimburse all payments received within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

    7. If you requested immediate access and still withdraw within technical possibility before access is granted, we will fully refund the payment. After access has been granted, withdrawal is excluded.

    8. Business customers (entrepreneurs) are not entitled to the 14-day withdrawal right. All sales to businesses are final.

    § 10. Warranty and Support

    1. We warrant that course content is substantially as described and that lab environments function as intended.

    2. Technical support is provided via:

      • Community forum (BASIC tier)
      • Dedicated Slack channel (PRO and BUSINESS tiers)
      • Priority email support (BUSINESS tier)
    3. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career advancement, as these depend on individual effort and circumstances.

    4. While we strive to maintain lab availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Technical issues may occur. If labs are unavailable for extended periods, please contact support for assistance. No refunds are provided for temporary lab unavailability.

    § 11. Limitation of Liability

    1. We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Further, we are liable for the negligent breach of obligations whose fulfillment is essential to enable the ordinary implementation of the contract, whose breach jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract and on whose compliance you as a customer may rely on regularly. In the last-mentioned case, we are only liable for the foreseeable, typical contractual damage. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents.

    2. The above exclusions of liability do not apply in case of damage to life, body and health. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

    3. Otherwise, liability is excluded, particularly for:

      • Loss of data unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence
      • Indirect or consequential damages
      • Lost profits
      • Third-party claims

    § 12. User Obligations

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate registration information
    • Not violate applicable laws or regulations
    • Not upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems

    • Respect intellectual property rights
    • Not use automated tools to access content
    • Not share or resell access to courses

    § 13. Termination

    1. For one-time purchases (BASIC, specializations), access is permanent during our service operation unless terminated for violation of these terms.

    2. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via user profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused subscription time. Access continues until the period ends.

    3. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with no refund obligation.

    § 14. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and German data protection laws. Our detailed Privacy Policy is available at AuthPractice.com/privacy.

    § 15. Dispute Resolution

    1. For entrepreneurs, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.

    2. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Our email: support@suprematic.de.

    3. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

    § 16. Miscellaneous

    1. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

    2. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding course access.

    3. We reserve the right to update these terms with reasonable notice to users.
